MASTERS SUMMER SWIM TEAM

WHAT: Kickstart your mornings with an amazing routine at our beautiful 6-lane, 25-yard outdoor pool. Whether you're a first-time Masters swimmer or a former collegiate athlete, our priority is to ensure you get an excellent workout every time!

WHERE: Cohasset Swim Center

WHEN: June - September

Every Tuesday and Thursday morning. 6:00 AM – 7:15 AM

QUALIFYING STANDARDS:

This team is for athletes ages 18 year old and higher. All swimmers need to be able to swim 100 yards (4 lengths) freestyle in 1:50 seconds or faster.

PRACTICE DETAILS:

We’ll begin with a standard warm-up set and then get into two or three sets that will help improve your overall fitness in the water. Average 3000 yards per practice.

ABOUT COACH BILL BURNETT

In 2022, Bill takes the reins as Coach of the Masters Team, succeeding long-time leader and founder Coach Jim Zotz. Bill is a DIII All-American from Ohio Wesleyan University, the coach of the Cohasset High School Swim Team, owner of Goldfish Swim School in Rockland, and Founder of the Cohasset Triathlon.

COST:

FULL SEASON = $250 (20 practices)

HALF SEASON = $175 (10 practices)
