NEW THIS YEAR! We are excited to offer a learn to play water polo program for kids ages 10-14 years old.

ABOUT OUR COACHES: This program will be coached by Jack and Sam DeMello. Jack is a graduating senior and Sam is a sophomore at CHS. Both are competitive swimmers, and will be coaching the Cohasset Swim Team this summer as well. Prior to moving to Cohasset, the DeMello's were members of the 680 Water Polo club in California. With 680, Jack and Sam developed as players and competed in high level tournaments. They are both excited to bring water polo to Cohasset!

PRACTICES: Players will learn essential water polo skills such as passing, shooting, treading water, and game strategies. Coaches will focus on developing these fundamental skills, as well as teamwork, and game understanding.

PREREQUISITES: Those interested should be comfortable in the water and be able to swim the length of the pool unassisted.
